We are pleased to announce that the upcoming third edition of LJUBLJANA ART WEEKEND will be curated by ETC.

This four-day event will feature a dynamic program of exhibitions and events designed to engage artists, curators, collectors, and art professionals. The theme of this edition, Selling Out, will delve into the complex realities of paid work, precarious employment, self-fulfillment through labor, and the perpetual struggle for sustenance.

ETC. is an annual magazine committed to showcasing contemporary artistic expressions spanning from the Baltic to the Balkans. Its mission is to foster dialogue, inspire collaborations, and challenge established perspectives. Beyond its publication, ETC. actively promotes emerging artists, bridging local and international art scenes through curated exhibitions, and participation in the discussions, presentations, and art fairs in Slovenia and abroad. 

As part of the Ljubljana Art Weekend, ETC. will curate a group exhibition aligned with the themes explored in its third magazine issue. Moreover, ETC. is preparing an exhilarating and diverse program that includes discussions, lectures, workshops, art-walks, studio visits, and performances. These events will be organized in collaboration with local public institutions, galleries, project spaces, and other artistic initiatives.
